There was a Science and Maths Club meeting today, and we were supposed to do some discussion about how to make a rocket that can carry a banner up during perasmian. So pn santhi brought some rocket base out and gave them to us for experimenting purposes... and Tham went back home to take his pump. The rocket was set and was ready to be shot up. Then sheng shien kept on pumping and finally the rocket shot up high and we were so excited becoz we werent expecting the rocket to fly that high up. The bottle hit the school's roof before falling back down. Then another test was conducted using 1.5L bottle half-filled with water. Shoot! The whole thing got lifted up a bit and pointed to the housing area and suddenly it burst at full speed and struck the house. The house alarm got triggered! omg... such powers... although the launchings were successful, the accuracy was very bad, zero precision. There were 4 rockets in total, only two left after one being shot to the housing area, another being shot up to the rooftop and stuck there.

The only problem was to get the rockets shoot up and the same time with them carrying the banner but not too high and they must stay in mid-air after launch, meaning they must have something to hold them in mid-air. And to get them both shoot up at the same time was a very hard task. Anyways, we all had fun shooting the rockets up and the form 1 form 2 students watched us with amazement lolz...
